Week 3 Goals

OK, since I didn't set up any goals for this week and today is already over I figured I better get at it. My goals for week 3 are:

Drink MORE water,
No Fried Foods,
No Fast Food,
No Chips,
No Candy,
No Junk,
Drink LESS Pop,
Exercise EVERYDAY!
Write down every bite on My Fitness Pal.

Ultimate goal = BE HEALTHY!
