Day SEVENTEEN Diet and Exercise

Today has been good. I've kept my calories in check, I've drank nine (8oz) glasses of water so far and it is just 9 pm. I also walked 2 miles on the treadmill.

DH brought a three meat pizza home for the boys and oh my goodness, it has been so hard not to eat a piece of that pizza. I finally had to wrap it up in aluminum foil and put it in the fridge so that I wouldn't have to look at it.

I did break down and have a handful of pretzels with some salsa and about 1/2 of a candy cane that was left from Christmas. But, that is still better than devouring a slice of that pizza.

17 days and I'm still going strong. WOO!
