Weigh-In Week 8

After the snowbound trip at Moms, missing 3 days of working out.. I'm down 0.8 lbs from last Sunday. Not a huge accomplishment, but at least it isn't a gain. I am hoping for a 3.1 lb loss next Sunday. I will have to work hard, but I can do it. Wish me luck!


  1. I'm on day 2 of no working out. I hurt my back and can barely walk. Dh claims I was pushing myself to hard, but I am super pissed at my body today :(. Scale was at 219, and I just feel bloated and gross. Sometimes I really feel like giving up. I know I'm just in a funk today, but this life style change is hard! Instead of a healthy breakfast I had a bowl of leftover shrimp gumbo from dinner last night...and an english muffin. *sigh*...hoping for a better day tomorrow. I'll be cheering you on for your 3.1 lb loss. You can do it!!!

    1. Being injured is no fun at all. Did u hurt yourself by pushing to hard? That is entirely possible. It is hard to change your lifestyle. It is very hard for me, too! I am rooting you on. You can do this and so can I. I try not to look at the 100+ lbs I need to lose and think about 1 lb, 1 day, 1 hour, 1 minute at a time. Hang in there!
