Day 47 Diet and Exercise

I've felt better today, thank God! I was miserable yesterday. I just wanted to sleep and sleep and sleep. The scales were nice this morning. I'm down 22.4 lbs now, and I am pretty excited about that. Getting closer to goal everyday.. Ok, so I am a million miles away, but I am getting closer.

Before we went to the rec center to work out, I told Michael I'd like to get my hair cut. I hadn't cut it in over a year and it was time for a change. I guess I lost about 7 inches of hair. It will take some getting use to, but I like it. I had planned to go shorter but the girl didn't do what she was told. You know how that goes. I probably should have made her cut it shorter, but I am a pushover. It looks pretty good though, so it will do for now. Much better than the stringy stuff it was before.

Right before I went to work out, I thought.. I better get a pic of my hair. So there you have it. Bathroom stall and all. Haha.

Food has been pretty decent today. No real complaints this afternoon as far as that goes. I could have had more water. Didn't need to drink that Diet Coke, but such is life. I did 1 mile on the treadmill today and around 5 miles on the bike. We ended up leaving early as my youngest was sleepy and whiny. I really wanted to get some strength training in. Maybe next time.
