Weigh-In Week 2
I hopped on the scales this morning hoping for a good number. I've been walking longer, on higher inclines, and at faster speeds and I've pretty much given up my Diet Coke. This along with watching my food. Yet the scales weren't as friendly as I was hoping they would be. I'm down 1.6 lbs this week. I'm not going to give up. I know from watching many seasons of The Biggest Loser that week two is unpredictable. The weight will come off, even if it is only less than 2 lbs a week. That is still a lower number than before. I'm sure I am gaining muscle as well. I'm a little down, but I won't let it break me. Here is to bigger and better numbers next week along with a healthier me in the future!
