Day FOURTEEN Diet and Exercise

Today has been pretty much uneventful. Food has been OK, I got in all my water and 4 of those glasses were just plain water, no Diet Coke at all, and I walked 2.25 miles on the treadmill {which was 14 days straight, another goal to mark off}. I did break down and eat a handful of pretzels with salsa, but at least it wasn't something horrible. It's late and I'm exhausted. I'll write more tomorrow. Promise.
