Weigh-In Week 1

First thing this morning I jumped out of bed, stripped down, and hopped on the scale. I have to say it was pretty friendly. I lost 6.4 lbs this week! I am so happy. I know that next week it may not be as much as your body has to adjust, but still, I am optimistic and ready to continue this journey to better health!
