Days 152-156

Hello, everyone. I'm here. I'm alive. Did you think I had fell off the planet? Cause, I sure feel like I have. I honestly don't really know why I haven't been posting every night. I just haven't. Maybe because I haven't had anything positive to say. I'm off track and not proud of it. But, I'm maintaining and not gaining, so I guess I'm doing ok.  This picture about sums it up.

Thursday was Day 152 and for some reason no matter how hard I try to remember what I did Thursday, I'm drawing a blank. It must have been a boring day. I do remember that I walked a mile on the treadmill without coughing my head off. Thank goodness. I'm finally starting to get better.

Friday was Day 153 and June 1. I got on the scale for the first time in a while. I was at 285. No gain, no loss. Aunt Flo was here full force but I wasn't too bloated. I haven't been on the scale since, so I don't know how accurate that was. Michael and his Dad spent the entire day working on the truck and running all over creation looking for special tools and parts they needed. They managed to get everything tore down and found that the truck did in fact have cracked heads. So we had to order those parts. Money, money, money. At least with FIL helping Michael do it, we will save around $700.  Food was beyond bad. It was horrible. No actual exercise unless walking through Walmart counts.

Saturday, Day 154, I got up early and drove Michael to work so that I could have the vehicle for the day. There were yard sales, garage sales, and roadside sales everywhere. The boys and I stopped at every single one on the way home. We didn't end up buying much. They got a few small toys for a $0.25 each and I got a sweater to wear to church for $1. It was fun though. It took us over 2 hours to get home when the drive is only about 10 minutes on a normal day.

Once we made it home, I fixed some food to take to a potluck picnic with my SIL Mel, our friend Lynda, and families at the lake. We had a blast. Of course we ate too much, but we pitched horse shoes and I walked up a hill to the bathroom several times. Mel took a pic of me while I was throwing and goodness it is bad. My stomach needs some serious shrinking!

Sunday, Day 155, I had a migraine and a half. I didn't do any sort of exercise, didn't drink enough, but eating was ok. Not perfect, but ok.  Michael changed oil in my ride and I spent some time at Moms. Nothing too exciting.

Today is Monday, Day 156. Food has been better. I didn't track my calories, but I didn't cave and eat a bunch of crap either. I've managed to get my water in and I worked out to P90X for a few minutes. My excuse for quitting is a good one. My new friend, Wendy from Eat, Sleep, Move called me and we talked on the phone for the first time for nearly 2 hours and was around midnight when we got off of the phone. It was so great to talk to her.

Tomorrow I am going to track calories, get my water in, and exercise. Just wait 'n see!
Nite all!
