Day 157

Yesterday, Tuesday, was day 157. I promised myself I would track my calories, drink my water, and exercise. Surprisingly, I did pretty good. I tracked my calories. My food choices weren't ideal, but I kept track of it all; I didn't get in all of my water, but I had at least 6 glasses; and I walked a mile on the treadmill. I call that a victory.
