Day 151

Today was a better day. Food wasn't ideal but I didn't go over my calorie limit. Oh, and I did 90 minutes of P90X Yoga with Michael. I did have to adapt and skip a couple parts, like crane. Ugh, no, I can't put my knees on my elbows and hold myself up. I just kept redoing downward dog/plank when it got to that part.

So, even though the eating no crap thing fell through, and I didn't walk on the treadmill, I did work out and sweat like a pig while doing it. Yay me.

My cough has let up, thank the Lord. But Aunt Flo showed, which explains the crazy sweet cravings, headache, and mood swings yesterday.

Here is hoping tomorrow is better than yesterday, but at least as good as today.

    Can I just say how awesome your kids are?! I have instant respect for fellow Nocturnals! Too bad I didn't live closer. At night, while you slept, your kids and I would par-tay! We'd play with Legos, read, watch movies and funny YouTube videos, and start a band! Hahahahaha!

    I wish there was something I could say that would turn the switch within. You have worked so hard these past few months. Maybe your body is just needing a break. And once you've rested enough, something--some challenge, some workout program, something--will captivate you and you'll find that passion and resolve once again.

    I'm, seriously, awake really late. If you ever want to talk, let me know. Talking about weight loss might be the last thing you want to chat about, and, considering your throat is still a bit sore, you might not want to chat at all, but if you ever do...

    You'll get passed this. It's just one part of the whole "peaks and valleys" thing one goes through when you're making big changes.

    1. Haha. My kids would LOVE you! They aren't too fond of their "mean" Mommy right now who insists they lay down before midnight. LMBO! I'd love to talk. I'm going to email you right now.
