Day 150

Today I've been totally off track. I did start off the day tracking my calories, but it went down hill as the evening went on. I'm just aggravated, mad, and peed off at myself. What on earth is my problem?!

I woke up smothering and coughing like mad this morning. So walking on the treadmill was out of the question. I can't wait til this stuff passes. I hate beings sick. Isn't a week and a half of coughing enough?!

I will walk tomorrow. I promise you. I promise me. I will. I will not eat crap, either!


  1. I feel so bad that you've been struggling over the past few days with this cough. Maybe you just really need to focus on giving your body the rest it needs. I'm sure stressing about the food and exercise is making you feel more overwhelmed. Maybe even instead of tracking calories you just watch what you eat - stay away from the junk and the sugars and just try and stick to veggies and lean meats. Not having the additional burden of actually writing everything down may ease up the pressure and you can focus on healing.

    I know it sounds counterintuitive, but I've definitely learned (the hard way) that sometimes all you need is a lot of sleep! Sending lots of best wishes your way.
