Day 139

So let's see... today was a long and boring day until Michael came home from work. We took the boys for a hike out to the pond. It is maybe 1/2 a mile. Then I came home and walked a mile on the treadmill. Later, after the afternoon sun went behind the mountain, I went up and down my front steps 20x. They are 5 high, so 100 steps up and 100 down. I'm going to try for 150 tomorrow. Food wasn't so great.

  1. On days when I don't eat so well, I find that it's a lot harder to exercise. So good job getting that in!

    1. Thanks! I don't usually struggle with exercise. Normally it is the food that have more of an issue with.

  2. Sometimes your body just needs a little extra. Because you are getting the exercise in. You are doing great!

    1. Thank you. I'm not sure it was my body needing it. I think it was more that I just got tired of not allowing myself to have the things I had in the past. I'm going to try to work my wants into my calories more and not be so restrictive. Cause as you can see, it turns into a binging spree.

  3. Going up and down steps is great exercise! Something else to add to your routine in order to shake it up and keep it from getting boring :)
