Day Thirty-One Diet and Exercise
Sorry I didn't get to write last night or this morning. Life has been insane. Food was ok yesterday. I had some sherbet and then felt guilty about it, but it was just 220 calories for a cup and I had calories. So, I finally just accepted that is ok to have a snack from time to time. I don't want it to become a big habit. But is ok. I had some Diet Coke yesterday with pork skins. Otherwise food was good and I got all my water in. I made sure to get on the treadmill too... thirty-one days straight! Woo hoo! I did two miles. I walked a mile on a 3% incline and a mile level. My legs were super sore this morning too.
