Day Thirty-Four Diet and Exercise

So the scales were super nice this morning. I'm down a little over 16 lbs now. WOO! I was really happy about that.

Food has been sketchy today. I came within a few calories of my goal for the day. I was under, but not by much at all. I had too many carbs, too many snacky things, and too much sodium. I gotta get this lined out tomorrow. I'm sure the scale is going to hate me in the morning.

Michael, the boys and I went to the store this afternoon. I got a bit of walking in between both stores and then I did two miles on the treadmill. I kinda feel like I should have done three but at the time I didn't know I was going to cave and have sherbet. Dagnabit!

Tomorrow is a new day. I still got this.
