OK, really, I haven't set any. I only know that I want to be healthy. I'd like to make exercise and healthy eating a priority all the time. But let's see if I can come up with a few...
1. Get on the treadmill or some sort of structured exercise at LEAST 3x a week. (I am not going to push myself to walk thousands of miles like I have in the past. That only ended in my hip killing me before year end.)
2. Eat less junk. (No chips!)
3. Drink more water. (Strive for NO Caffeine!)
4. Weigh under 300 lbs! (Current weight 1/1/14 -- 331!)
I'll add some more as I go, but those are the main ones.
