Oh, that's scary! Scales!
Got on the scales tonight. Ugh! Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. I have a check-up tomorrow and I figured I may as wells get on and see what the damage is. I don't want a shock at the docs tomorrow. Now I'm too furious at myself to sleep. I've cut out almost all chips/snacks. I don't see why the scale is still that high. I thought surely I'd have lost a lb or 2. Nope. Nada. Just goes to show ya, if you want to lose weight, you have to move your rump! You can not lose weight, eat, and not exercise. It just doesn't work. Frustrated!!!!!
