I've been trying harder, but still not as hard as I had been. The last two days I have tracked my calories. Yesterday wasn't as good as today, but I was accountable. I've managed to get my water in both days and I've walked a mile on the treadmill both days as well. Today I even made an attempt to do some strength training. I did 15 minutes of Tone Up Your Arms for Summer. I will get there, eventually. I just took scenic route. I hope you all are well and more on track than I am.
