I know I've kinda been MIA and vague in my posts the last few days, but goodness, my life has been nuts! I still haven't even had time to do my post for TRFSC. I'm going to get to it tomorrow, I promise.
Today I've spent the entire day cleaning and catching up on laundry. Food has been much better. My calories are in check, tracked everything, and drank my water. I didn't get in any structured exercise though.
I think you'd be surprised at how many calories cleaning the house and just doing general errands can burn!!
