Today was a pretty decent day. My food choices weren't ideal for any sort of clean eating, but I kept my calories in check. I did cut into my exercise calories, but I was starving. I didn't make it out to the store again today so I just had to do the best I could with what I had on hand. Hopefully tomorrow.
No Nutella, chips, sweets, or any other junk passed my lips today. I almost popped a couple Angry Bird gummies in my mouth, but caught myself before it was too late.
I didn't make it through the day without Diet Coke. I probably would have, but DH went out to get a price on a set of tires and brought me one home. Ordinarily this would get him huge bonus points.. because I love my Diet Coke, but I really was trying to avoid it. Not that having it in the house is an excuse. I was just weak. That ice cold bottle sitting in front of me was just too darn tempting. I guess it is better than diving into a tub of ice cream though, right?
I did fair today with my water intake. Not all I should have, but I still feel like I'm peeing every 5 minutes. I'll try harder to get in all 8 glasses tomorrow.
Exercise wasn't anything too impressive. But at least I did attempt it. 2.5 miles today. I would have liked 4.5 but that didn't happen... maybe tomorrow. Maybe, being the key word.

DeleteSounds like you're doing great! Diet soda is my guilty pleasure. It's actually a family guilty pleasure. But I've cut mine back to only 1 can a day (most days). I swear it is one of THE hardest things to give up!
